This is a wonderful opportunity to support the health of our local communities! Bring your favorite food, family and friends to meet other co-op members and continue the ongoing educational process of creating a food cooperative for Tacoma! We will update everyone on the status of our continued progress, talk about committee work opportunities and what our next steps will be as we continue to bring our community vision to fruition.
This will be a potluck-type event, so please bring a dish to share and your own plates/utensils with which to eat. The Co-op Steering Committee will provide the refreshments.
Also, the website is back up and running! See you all this Thursday at the committee meeting and the 24th for the pot-luck.

A Word From Your Local Co-op Board!
Happy New Year and welcome back to the TFC blog which will NOW be more consistently updated to keep you all in the loop!
There are a lot of goals for this year and the Tacoma Food Co-op Board of Directors is taking some time to reassess itself and learn how to better serve the development process and these set goals. Through this, the board is hoping to better understand what is needed and what each member and co-op friend can help us to achieve. The TFC website is also in process of being changed, updated, and better furnished to serve everyone and will hopefully be up and running in the next month or two. Thanks for the support and keep checking back for updates and ways to help.
